    A tough upper body workout with major calorie burn! It’s an efficient, quick workout that gets your heart rate up and uses only a band or tube. The stretching at the end of the workout is critical!

    This is a time efficient beginner’s super calorie burner interval cardio workout for those with no joint issues. It’s designed to allow heart rate “ups and downs”. Begin and finish this workout with Pre-workout stretching routine on the site.

Beginner’s Burn the Bod Workout

    Great workout for beginners and those needing a fresh start. Many stretches to make the whole body feel great! Warm up for 5-8 minutes on a treadmill or elliptical before starting. You can do cardio on the off day or add it to the end of this workout.
